It is that mysterious album recorded by the Earth (new baptism name assumed by the Conviction , one of the first youth bands in which he played Parsons, in preparation for their recording debut) in a single day at the end of 1968, then finally mixed on 10 January 1969. The album was released by Diamond Publishing (Record Collector) solely on vinyl, limited to 500 copies only. The promoter of the initiative is Ian Harris, vocalist of the band and owner of the only specimen on lacquer made at the time, an example from which comes the audio used for today’s publication. This is a rare opportunity to listen to Alan Parsons as a blues guitarist, as well as an occasional flutist. In addition to Ian Harris and Alan Parsons, the band also features Barry Mitchell on bass (known to have been a member of one of the earliest incarnations of future Queen) and Phil Brockton on drums, plus Ray Quilley as a guest on the organ. ““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““““
