’Hey Zeus’ by Stan Bicknell & Josh De La Victoria feat. Yamaha Live Custom Hybrid Oak & FP9 Pedal
In true 2019 fashion this song is a direct result of social media, and the power and reach it has. With myself (Stan) based here in Melbourne, and Josh based in California, this collaboration started from a shuffle groove I posted on my instagram page. A couple days later Josh uploaded a clip playing a very tasty guitar hook over that groove, which I instantly loved. I reached out and asked if he could flesh it out into a full track, which he was keen, and a couple days later sent it through. I then spent the next few weeks writing my parts, and boom.... ’Hey Zeus’ was born.
