16-tone 7-note Harmonic Minor and 9-note Pseudo Diatonic

HTTP:// This video shows how there is shared pitch-space between the index and ring fingers of the standard ’metal’ harmonic minor scale you find everywhere, and the 9-note Diatonic scale of 16-tone. the standard major scale in 12-tone standard music is 2212221, the 16-tone Diatonic is 222122221. This scale was first discussed by David Goldsmith in response to a scale John R Pierce did containing 8-equal Octave. That scale went on to become the Bohlen Pierce scale, while this was an alternative to the idea of 150 cent melodic steps with the 2nd partial still included. The Pierce -13 was a 13-tone scale which stretched the 8tone scale to 8.2 (missing the octave) and producing roughly the same melodic effect with more harmonic resources. This scale went on to become the Bohlen-Pierce Scale. I have added another video showing 16’s diatonic on all 9 strings.
