You will step & walk the weight off with over 5000 STEPS IN 50 MINUTES! ✅This is an ALL STANDING, NO JUMPING, KNEE FRIENDLY workout that is gentle on your joints, however LOW IMPACT doesn’t mean it isn’t ⚡️HIGH INTENSITY!
